202 'pro-build' respondents a myopic bunch

Based on a review of the comments listed on the "complete202" Web site, I have concluded the respondents represent a narrow perspective. Because:

Not one mention of noise.

Not one mention of pollution.

Not one mention of damage to South Mountain Park.

Not one mention of impact on quality of life.

Not one mention of the potential harm to children near the freeway.

All I can conclude is that this group of "pro-build" must either work for ADOT or one of their subs as they have a myopic focus on the big picture - what life is all about.

Trust me, it is not getting from point A to point B in the fastest manner - it is about the quality of life. I sense this group would endorse a massive cut-through of the South Mountain at Central Avenue with a road going to Pecos so a commute to downtown Phoenix would be more expeditious.
