Brown sky blues

Air quality topped the agenda of the South Mountain Citizens Advisory Team. Representatives from the Arizona Department of Transportation and the Maricopa Association of Governments discussed the standards they use to measure certain pollutants, while group members from Ahwatukee Foothills questioned whether the federal guidelines were stringent enough to protect people's health.
