Construction of this project is expected to begin in 2009 and be complete in 2010.
HOV lane - Regional Transportation Plan Phase IV (2021-2025)
* The construction schedule for this project was accelerated in March 2009 with funding from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
