Perryville Road Traffic Interchange Study Area

Project Information

The Arizona Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration, as the lead federal agency, have initiated a study to evaluate alternatives for a proposed, new traffic interchange at Perryville Road and Interstate 10 (Papago Freeway). The proposed traffic interchange is another element of the Maricopa Association of Governments’ Regional Transportation Plan associated with the passage of Proposition 400 in 2004.

Perryville Road Traffic Interchange - Public Scoping Meeting Tuesday, March 10, 2009
A public information meeting was held to inform the community of the proposed project and to invite early input. Scoping is the period during the initial portion of the study when the public is given the opportunity to learn about the proposed project and identify issues to be addressed. The meeting was held on March 10, 2009 at the Desert Thunder School in Goodyear. The presentation and materials presented to the public at this meeting are available for review.

Perryville Road Traffic Interchange - Agency Scoping Meeting Thursday, February 5, 2009
ADOT and FHWA held an agency scoping meeting in the ADOT Valley Project Management Large Conference Room, located at 1611 West Jackson Street in Phoenix. The purpose of this meeting was to provide the agency representatives with initial information concerning this study and to receive input from them about any issues they feel should be evaluated. Including the members of the study team, 20 individuals were present. The presentation and materials that were presented at the public meeting are available for review.
