AdministrationThe Administration Section of the Transportation Technology Group is responsible for the following items as they pertain to the TTG: all personnel paperwork for the group; adherence to all applicable laws, policies, and procedures; contracts and procurement (responsible for up to $5,000,000 annually during construction phases for implementation of Intelligent Transportation System); bi-weekly time sheets; training liaison for approximately 250 personnel; constituent responses for our az511.gov Internet and 511 telephone systems (which account for up to 40% of inquiries received for ADOT); facility coordination for the secured, 24/7, Traffic Operations Center (TOC); and building receptionist. |
