This stakeholder represents local transit providers not explicitly called out in the Statewide ITS Architecture. This includes providers of local fixed-route shuttle buses paratransit services and dial-a-ride services. It could include public or private transit providers that provide transit, commuter and event management services throughout the State of Arizona
