Federal Highway Administration (FHWA)
As a major agency of the U.S. Department of Transportation, the FHWA is charged with the broad responsibility of ensuring that America’s roads and highways continue to be the safest and most technologically up-to-date. FHWA also provides financial and technical support to state, local and tribal governments to construct, improve and preserve America’s highway system.

Bureau of Land Management (BLM)
The BLM has two field offices responsible for the lands that are traversed by SR 95 through the study limits; the Kingman Field Office and the Lake Havasu Field Office. They are responsible for all of the public lands administered by the BLM. |
