The draft Environmental Assessment (DEA) and Section 4(f) Evaluation documents the environmental impacts and mitigation measures for proposed Interstate 19 improvements in the Tucson area. The DEA for this federally-funded project was approved by the Federal Highway Administration on May 19, 2011.
