Mission Statement

ECS is dedicated to providing our stakeholders with professional administration of engineering consultant contracts through focus, vision, and quality management.

This mission requires ECS to provide equitable, efficient, and effective engineering consultant contract management service, aligned with Department goals and objectives in meeting the transportation needs of the State of Arizona.
