The Mission of the Engineering Consultants Section is to set the standard of excellence by providing our stakeholders with the highest quality, efficient, effective and timely award, administration and management of engineering contracts to meet the transportation needs of the citizens of Arizona.

On-Call Contracts FY13 Re-Advertisement Schedule (5/21/2013). All firms are required to provide current Certificates of Insurance (COI) for all active ECS contracts. For more information, please visit the Insurance Requirements page of this website. All firms must prequalify before submitting a Statement of Qualification (SOQ). Information about the Prequalifcation process is available on the ECS Prequalification 2012-13 page of this website. Questions regarding the prequalification process may be directed to ECSPre-Qualification@azdot.gov.
