MISSION STATEMENT The Safford District in cooperation with all agencies commits to provide and support a safe, efficient and quality transportation system.  We will meet or exceed the reasonable expectations of our customers.

The Safford District provides the following functions:

• Maintain and operate the state highway system in Graham, Greenlee and Cochise Counties.

• Plan and construct transportation facility improvements in accordance with a priority plan.

• To provide administrative services in support of District employees and customers.
