Mission Statement

Perform independent Quality Assurance and Certified Acceptance reviews using ADOT's Quantlist system to determine contract conformance to contract requirements, and compliance with permit / other agencies' rules. Report QA results to the District Engineer.

Conduct Consultation reviews using Quantlists, as requested by ADOT Construction Orgs. Report results to the Resident Engineer.

Develop and improve Quantlists (checklists) in cooperation with users, Subject Matter Experts and industry; combining internal ADOT requirements and contract compliance for use by the Resident Engineers' in managing their projects.

Provide instructors for Construction Group training courses.

Provide Statewide Landscape Architect services.

Support the Assistant State Engineer, Construction, as requested.
