**The proposed work is located in Graham County on US 191, within the City of Safford, between MP 118.83 and MP 120.32 (1.49 miles). The work consists of constructing sidewalk between Discovery Park Boulevard and Relation Street. The improvements will also include new sidewalk ramps, curb, driveways, metal handrail, mailbox relocations, signing, minor utility adjustments, and other related work
