John S. Halikowski

John Halikowski was appointed as Director of the Department on February 16, 2009. Prior to his appointment he served for twelve years as the Director of Research at the Arizona House of Representatives. He also previously spent six years at ADOT serving in various capacities including MVD Deputy Director and Operations Chief. John received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications and graduated summa cum laude, from Arizona State University.

John Bogert joined ADOT in 1989 as chief auditor and was appointed the agency’s Chief of Staff in 2000. Prior to joining the Department, John was vice president of internal audit for Del Webb Corporation. His prior experience includes nine years with national and local public accounting firms and three years of teaching at ASU and Fort Lewis College. |

John McGee currently serves as Executive Director for Planning and Policy for the Arizona Department of Transportation. As such, he is responsible for all transportation planning and Public/Private Partnership activities within the Department. He also serves as the primary liaison between the Department and the State Transportation Board, and assists the Director in various policy matters. |

Floyd has over 24 years of engineering experience, more than 16 years with ADOT in Roadway Engineering, Statewide Project Management, Valley Project Management Group, and appointed Deputy State Engineer for Valley Transportation Group in December 2007. |

Stacey leads the state's Motor Vehicle Division and was appointed December 2, 1999. She is responsible for the daily management and oversight of over 1600 employees and an annual operating budget of $72 million. |

Jennifer leads the state’s Planning Division and was appointed June 8, 2009. She oversees the Department’s development of multimodal plans and programs through a collaborative process. She also oversees the research activity of the Department that enables innovation in transportation. |

Matt leads Communication and Community Partnerships and has been part of the agency's communication team since 1996. He oversees communication with the public, communities and counties about ADOT and the agency's transportation activities. He also is responsible for partnering with government agencies and businesses to improve working relationships and coordination on transportation projects. |
