Floyd leads ITD in constructing, maintaining and operating more than 6,000 miles of interstate and state highways in Arizona.  His division also completes the project development process for highway improvements involving engineering and environmental studies, design, land acquisition and construction.  He is a civil engineering graduate of North Dakota State University and has more than 25 years experience as a professional engineer.
