John served for twelve years at the Arizona House of Representatives as Director of Research where he was responsible for drafting, presenting, researching and working with affected constituencies on transportation related legislation. He was involved in major legislation that included the Maricopa County Transportation plan, State Highway Construction Acceleration, Privatization, DUI, Transportation Finance and Graduated Driver Licensing.

John Bogert currently serves as the Deputy Director for Operations and oversees the day-to-day operations of the department. John is responsible for establishing administrative and program policy in support of the agency’s strategic plan.

Floyd currently serves as Deputy Director for Policy for the Arizona Department of Transportation. As such, he is responsible for all transportation planning and assist with Public/Private Partnership activities within the Department. He also serves as the primary liaison between the Department and the State Transportation Board, and assists the Director in various policy matters. |

Matt leads Communication and Community Partnerships and has been part of the agency's communication team since 1996. He oversees communication with the public, communities and counties about ADOT and the agency's transportation activities. He also is responsible for partnering with government agencies and businesses to improve working relationships and coordination on transportation projects. |

Terry Conner leads the new Enforcement and Compliance Division that consists of the Office of the Inspector General, the Executive Hearing Office and the Motor Vehicle Enforcement Services. Terry has a 35-year career with the Arizona Department of Public Safety and retired as commander in 2007. |

Jennifer was appointed as State Engineer in 2011 and leads ITD in constructing, maintaining and operating more than 6,000 miles of interstate and state highways in Arizona. Her division also completes the project development process for highway improvements involving engineering and environmental studies, design, land acquisition and construction. |

Stacey leads the state's Motor Vehicle Division and was appointed December 2, 1999. She is responsible for the daily management and oversight of over 1600 employees and an annual operating budget of $72 million. |

Scott leads the state's Planning Division and was appointed September 26, 2011. He oversees the Department's development of multimodal plans and programs through a collaborative process. He also oversees the research activity of the Department that enables innovation in transportation. |
