Kevin Biesty is the Government Relations Director at the Arizona Department of Transportation Kevin joined ADOT’s Motor Vehicle Division in February of 2000 as the Division's legislative liaison. He is now serving as the Department's Government Relations Director. Previously, he served as Legislative Liaison for the Arizona Department of Economic Security and prior to that served on staff at the Arizona State Senate. Kevin received his bachelors degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.   Eileen Colleran is a Government Relations Specialist Eileen joined ADOT in June of 2002. She is responsible for Federal Legislative issues. Previously, she served as the Financial Manager for the Office of Children with Special Health Care Needs in the Department of Health Services and Administrative Coordinator for the Division of Developmental Disabilities in the Department of Economic Security.     John Merritt is a Government Relations Specialist   John joined ADOT in June, 2009. Previously, he worked as an Insurance Agent and prior to that in ADOT MVD.
