Citizen's Transportation Oversight Committee (CTOC)

Established in 1994, the Citizen's Transportation Oversight Committee (CTOC), facilitates citizen involvement in the decision making process of freeway planning and construction. Members are appointed for a period of three years by the Governor and the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors.
