Citizen's Transportation Oversight Committee (CTOC)
Established in 1994, the Citizen's Transportation Oversight Committee (CTOC),
facilitates citizen involvement in the decision making process of freeway planning and construction. Members
are appointed for a period of three years by each of the governing bodies of cities, towns and tribal councils
in Maricopa County.
