The above document is the Executive Summary for the Governor's Transportation Vision 21 Task Force, First Phase Public Input -1999, Public Meeting Summary Report. In addition to the Executive Summary, the full Public Meeting Summary Report is composed of individual meeting summaries by the ten meeting sites. The report also includes five matrixes that highlight key comments received, based on five categories: Definition of Needs, Resources and Revenues, Governance, Planning and Programming Process, Comments on Vision 21 Public Involvement Process, and a Listing of Specific Project Improvements and Actions Needed. This report was prepared by ACW & Associates for the Vision 21 Task Force in October, 1999 and was formally presented to the Task Force at its November 1999 meeting.
