As part of Capitol Toastmasters, you will have the opportunity to practice and master both speaking and leadership skills while receiving training credit. The skills you learn in Toastmasters will help you improve your performance, progress your career, and achieve your goals and dreams.
The Toastmasters program includes two educational tracks—communication track and leadership track—which you may work on concurrently. You will begin the program with the Competent Communication Manual and the Competent Leadership Manual. Once you complete these manuals, you move on to advanced manuals. You may choose from among fifteen Advanced Communication Manuals to help you develop the speaking skills you desire.
