Area Speech Contest

	John Melanson ADOT Roadway Engineering Group is awarded for the completion of �Advance Communication Silver Manual� (ACS), by Capitol Toastmaster President Steve Mishler.

Manish Shah ADOT Contracts and Specifications Section is awarded for completing �Competent Communicator� (CC) and �Competent Leadership� (CL) Manuals, by Capitol Toastmaster President Steve Mishler.

Awards & Recognition

	Capitol Toastmasters was awarded a ribbon for reaching the goal of 20 members in the club. It is one of five goals needed to achieve 'Distinguished Club' status.

Girgis Girgis ADOT Phoenix Vision Office President Steve Mishler presented a pin to Girgis who has completed all ten speeches from the Competent Communicator Manual on March 06, 2008. Congratulations Girgis!

	Asad Karim ADOT EIT Program is awarded a ribbon by President Steve Mishler for completing his fifth speech (1/2 milestone).

Leigh Waite ADOT Materials Group is awarded a ribbon by President Steve Mishler for completing her fifth speech (1/2 milestone).

	Len Vidra ADOT Contracts and Specifications is honored by Acting President Sharon Wavering (CH2MHill) for his role as �VP of Education� in FY 2007.
