Regional
Efforts
As President of the East Valley
Partnership, Roc leads a non-profit business coalition
on issues of regional significance. Advocacy
efforts in the East Valley are primarily focused on
Economic Development, Education, Transportation,
Williams Gateway Area, and Arts issues. In
addition to these primary focal areas, the
Partnership is also engaged in enhancing East Valley
tourism, regional healthcare and behavioral health
programs, tribal relations, and sponsoring a variety
of other important activities.

of Directors comprised of the civic, business and
educational leaders in the East Valley. |
Background |
Prior to accepting the EVP
assignment, Roc had 38 years experience brokering risk
and insurance services to clients of a range of
complexity including self-insured programs as well
more traditional fully insured programs. In
addition to insurance industry work, Roc has been
active in the community, particularly in
transportation and construction related arenas.
