Citizens Transportation Oversight Committee

Citizen's Transportation Oversign Committee (CTOC)
CTOC facilitates citizen involvement in the decision making process for planning and construction of freeways, arterial streets and transit improvements that are funded by the Proposition 400 one-half cent sales tax in Maricopa County and in the Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) Regional Transportation Plan.
CTOC is established by A.R.S. §28-6356 with authority independent of ADOT and the State Transportation Board. However, in accordance with A.R.S. §28-6357, ADOT does provide administrative support for the activities of CTOC including hosting the CTOC Web site.
